Send A Message of Strength…About The Paint Box Project
The Paint Box Project is a unique program that uses the healing power of art to help young cancer patients and their families express themselves during and after cancer treatment. Created in 1990 by the volunteers of the Roswell Park Alliance Community Advisory Board, the Project hosts art parties where children create original designs that are featured on holiday and all-occasion cards and gifts. All proceeds from the sale of items from The Paint Box Project benefit the most promising cancer research and compassionate patient care programs at Roswell Park.
This inspiring initiative has already raised more than $8 million since its inception. Each card and gift you purchase makes a difference and helps doctors and researchers at Roswell Park Cancer Institute save lives right here in Western New York, across our nation and around the world.
Roswell Park Cancer Institute, founded in 1898, is the nation's first cancer research, treatment and education center and is the only National Cancer Institute-designated comprehensive cancer center in Upstate New York. RPCI is a member of the prestigious National Comprehensive Cancer Network, an alliance of the nation's leading cancer centers.
Thank you for supporting this very personal effort in the fight against cancer. Your support will send a message of hope that lasts the whole year.
