When you take photographs with many digital cameras, the image files that are created are 4" x 5.33" in size, commonly referred to as 4xD (Please note that not all digital cameras create images in the 4xD size. Consult the manual of your digital camera to learn the aspect ratio of the images you take.). Accordingly, if you order
4" x 6" prints from your 4xD digital images, some cropping will occur.
Typically, this isn't a problem. However, there will be times when you'll want your prints to show the "full frame" of your digital photos.
For this reason, we now offer the 4xD size at iPrintfromHome.com! When placing your order, simply select 4xD prints, and you will receive prints that are specially sized to fit the exact specifications of your digital photographs, which means that NO cropping will occur.
4xD prints are 4" x 5.33" in size.
At this time, 4xD prints are 25¢ each.
