At iPrintfromHome.com, our work is 100% guaranteed, which means that we will redo or refund any order (or portion of an order) with which you are not completely satisfied.

This straight-forward no-fuss returns policy allows us to stand behind our work (and our customers) 100%.

By offering this blanket 100% guarantee on all of our work, we are putting our trust in you to be the best artist/photographer that you can be. We have chosen to offer a general and open 100% guarantee, instead of creating more rigid rules because we trust our customers to act responsibly. That being said, if you demonstrate what we consider to be abusive behavior, we may ask you to take your business elsewhere.

If you would like an order (or portion of an order) redone or refunded, please return the unsatisfactory prints to us at the following address along with a completed "Returns Form":

Once we have received the returned form and prints, your order will be redone or refunded within 3 business days.

If you need your order (or a portion of your order) redone immediately, please send us an email to let us know why you found your order to be unsatisfactory, as well as the date by which you need to receive the redone prints. We will discuss any actions that need to be taken to ensure satisfactory results with your replacement order and then ask you to resubmit your order. Once your replacement order is submitted, your order will immediately go into our production schedule. Please also return the unsatisfactory prints along with a returns form, we will then refund the cost of imaging services related to the order. We will not refund shipping costs unless a delivery guarantee was not met.

Please note that all redo and refund requests must be received by iPrintfromHome.com within 45 days from the date that the order was placed.
